I canвЂ™t even tell you the countless hours IвЂ™ve spent in dungeon hunter 1, 2, and dungeon hunter alliance for the ps3 and psvita. They were beautiful single player story driven games. There will never be a dungeon hunter game as good as the first 2 games, and they have been LONG gone and trapped in the past due to neglect. You would think they could have sorted it out much more easily. A quick side note: I have read of many instances in online forums of this same issue happening multiple times through the past.

However, with Gameloft seeming to CARE less about CUSTOMER CARE, I stand by my rating of 2/5 and would not recommend this, and many other of their games to anybody. Normally I would rate this 4/5 stars, solely knocking one because of the p2w factor. I used to love so many of their mobile games but lately it just seems like theyвЂ™re trying to rush out spotty updates to keep players on their toes and hopefully, to the developers, digging in their wallets. I have to say IвЂ™m very disappointed and lost a lot of faith in Gameloft. I had purchased a few packs to help out with the (then) upcoming guild war and Easter egg hunt event only to find that I canвЂ™t take part in either of them. I thought, вЂњalright, IвЂ™ll submit a ticket to customer care and theyвЂ™ll fix it.вЂќ ItвЂ™s nearly been a week now and I havenвЂ™t gotten an answer aside from the automated message that tells me to do the same things IвЂ™ve already tried several times.

Checked the support page and did everything that they suggested (and more) to try and resolve the issue myself to no avail. I was hoping it was a quick fix on GLвЂ™s part. Since April 7th/8th 2020, I havenвЂ™t been able to get past the вЂњconnectingвЂќ portion of the loading screen on startup.
